The popular Oxygen reality TV singing show competition, The Glee Project will now be casting for the 2012 season!
They have just started the new online talent search to find the cast for the next season of “The Glee Project”. Oxygen will be holding a new national casting call for the reality tv show online.
Audition for the brand new season of Oxygen’s ‘The Glee Project’ please visit the site thegleeproject.oxygen.com. Oxygen has planned to announce the live casting call dates in November of 2011 and auditions are planned to go through 2012.

Hi im Tyler, im 22 and I am from small town Missouri. There is nothing more I love to do in life than sing and I have been doing it for as long as I can remember. Whether its been in a school choir, or a national stage, or even at the local bars, I have made my way around doing what I love whenever I can and even have a entire shoulder tattoo dedicated to music. Being in such a small location it is very difficult to try and make a name for yourself so I would love nothing better than to take the next step that I have wanted of for so long and the show has only shown me from the story line itself that anyone from anywhere can make it to where they dream of. I know I have what it takes to be not only a star, but the star your show is looking for because I would bring something you dont have. I not only have the perfect look, from being in choir but also basketball and other sports in school, but also the more natural lower voice that would make the show perfect. I sing many things from country whether it be Josh Turner to Billy Currington and about any artist in country who is popular right now all the way over to Jack Johnson and John Mayer. I am also a big fan of the classics which is what drew me to the show in the first place like Journey, Foreigner, and all the way over to Lynard Skynard. I feel if given the chance I could show you exactly what the show needs and be the perfect fit into what you have going on. I'm not a songwriter, I haven't been studying dance since I was 3 years old, and I'm still gaining confidence with my acting abilities, but I'd like to believe that my humor, personality and well developed singing voice will allow me the chance to one day be on Glee. My name is Chelle and I'm an 18 year old, 5'9" college freshman majoring in musical theater at Cal State Fullerton. I am an extrememly dedicated performer and even though I may not be a full triple threat, I know that I will get there some day because I can't imagine doing anything else with my life. I am not a big dreamer because I don't like to get ahead of myself but being apart of Glee is one dream that I will never be willing to give up on. Glee is a real show. I laugh just as much as I cry when I watch Glee and I was so excited when I heard about the Glee Project. I watched the first season and there were so many talented kids. Just the chance to audition for Glee or the Glee Project would mean the world to me. Thanks for the opportunity to let me talk about what I can do but I would really just love the chance to show you. Hi, my name is Emily. I'm a 21 year old Australian, and people often think I'm 16. I have been learning singing for 13 years, being trained in everything from musical theatre, classical, opera, rock, pop and jazz. But I've always loved musical theatre the most, having performed lead and ensemble roles in over 13 musicals and operas since I was 12. I have been trained in acting, singing and dancing, and did a full time performing arts course as soon as I left school. I feel that I can relate to Glee characters because although I had friends all through school, I found I had difficulty with the social interaction side of it. I was also bullied through highschool because I never had the confidence around my school friends, that I had when I was on stage performing or surrounded by people who love the same things as me. These, among many of the experiences I encountered in Australia, pushed me to move to London to pursue a career in musical theatre. I work in London in product demonstration, so I get to travel quite a bit. It was only when I realised that I have to work 6 or 7 days a week to feel secure in my financial situation, that I travelled to New York to work in the unit over there for two weeks. Due to the market being much stronger I am now simply working to move there so I can still work in product demonstration but have time to go out and audition for shows. I'm living that dream… almost. HELP ME hahaha I love glee. I love what it stands for. And one of the things I stand by in life is that I should never have to ACT… I just need to find that part of myself, and bring it forth. That's the only way I can relate to people in this world. I would love to be a part of the inspiration that Glee makes me feel whenever I watch it.
