The popular Oxygen reality TV singing show competition, The Glee Project will now be casting for the 2012 season!
They have just started the new online talent search to find the cast for the next season of “The Glee Project”. Oxygen will be holding a new national casting call for the reality tv show online.
Audition for the brand new season of Oxygen’s ‘The Glee Project’ please visit the site thegleeproject.oxygen.com. Oxygen has planned to announce the live casting call dates in November of 2011 and auditions are planned to go through 2012.

Hi, my name is John Harrison and i am from Corvallis, Oregon. I am a white english and american dual citizen. I will be turning 16 early in february. I am a huge gleek, and have watched every single episode ever made. I have played the cello for 7 years, self taught some piano, and sung since third grade. I have made it into all my school plays and musicals, and just recently took part in the talent show. After taking five years of voice lessons, i self taught and have a wonderful voice and an amazingly clear falsetto. I can take any song and transpose it into an instrument just by the sound. Glee makes me feel good… Watching it reminds me of the way I felt when I was in "Annie" and choir in high school. I had really small roles, but being with people on stage singing really hit me… Every time I watch an episode, it gives me that amazing feeling. It actually makes me want to sing, and I've done a lot more of that recently.
My family is a musical one. You really can't be a part of the Barber household without singing…or swimming. And I can't live without either. I have a passion for acting that I've had since I could lie! I'll never lose that drive to act, or sing, or write, for that matter.
No one is to say I'm more or less qualified to audition for Glee, though as I type this, I'm doubting my ability. I don't think I'm the best singer. I don't think I'm the greatest actor. My writing even upsets me sometimes… But seeing the characters in the show overcome their obstacles and observing how they break through their shells makes me want to have the opportunity to break through my own.

Emilee-Jane s'the name!! Holy Canolee! Who doesn't want to audition for Glee??? I recently became HOOKED to the series, Glee! and I mean recently! Like I JUST got the first volume of season 2 from a friend for Christmas! I. Am. Obsessed. I have always looked down on Glee because of the show choir I'm in. It's pretty legit considering the fact that 80 girls tried out and only 11 made it!! To make our school's showchoir as a sophmore was a common joke! But unlike my sister and brother who never made it, I pressed forward and auditioned anyways! I am the first Gomske to make our show choir, JIVE, and I'll be the first to say that there is some tension and possible jealousy going on in my class. I have no friends in there, I can tell I am not as pretty, and I get put in the back of all our choreographed numbers because nobody wants to be my partner. Typicall Lea Michelle. Perhaps it is because I am the only student in show choir that is involved in my fabulous drama department too! However because of my passion and total concentration for this choir I have become the Rachel Berry "star"! We perform two showcases each school year and that's when the competition really kicks in. The class is already chalked full of the best of the best, so when we try out for solos and duets to perform at the upcoming showcase, the auditions are INTENSE. But that just made me want to work harder. I am the only girl and only sophmore that landed both my solo and duet in the Winter showcase program! Currently singing, "Taylor the Latte boy" and "Three Bedroom house" This girl is on her way to a town stardom! I Would LOVE to get an oppurtunity to audition for Glee, and what singing/dacncing actress wouldn't?! Let me tell you, that if anyone from my town makes it to the big stage IT BEST BE ME! I took vocal classes when i was younger, also i took modeling classes but due to bad income i had to drop out of everything when i was 14 and ever since i have been doing musical theater and drama in school as electives and i was recently in my school rock band last year as lead singer.

Hi, my name is Jonathan Henderson and I am currently 22 years old. I have been waiting for these casting auditions for 2012 to pop back up so I can try to live my dreams and jump on a great opportunity like Glee! This show has inspired me so much to make me want to live out my dreams in dancing and singing. I am a very strong dancer and it has a large part of my heart. I attend advance hip hop, lyrical, and jazz classes weekly for my dancing just has an activity that I love to do and also I have been a dance instructor in the past for our younger aged classes. I am a singer as well and was in choir from elementary through high school and still sing my heart out every day no matter what I am doing or where I am at. Music has become a large part of me. I am extremely interested in trying out for Glee because I would love a great opportunity to be able to show my talent and especially my daughter how to be able to live her dreams and never give up on the things she loves. Hey! My namee is harriet bone, I am brittish. My mum always tells me that I am a strong willed girl and when I want something or get the chance to do something I will try my very best until I get it, take advantage of every good thing that life throws at you. I have had my fair share of disadvantages, my mum is disabled has been for a while I have a brother and a sister, we all do our sharre of helping mum out with everything I just wish I could do more, I really don't want to be considered the girl who used a sob story to get somewhere in life I believe in working for what you want but I truely believe this to be a brilliant headstart. I have been singing since I was 7 years old I am currently travelling down to london most saturdays to sing with the national jazz youth orchestra I have been acting since I was 9 I have been dancing for 3 years now 🙂 these three things truely are my passion and have been since I saw the westend show of Mary poppins when I was 5. I will always promise to work my hardest and always love a challenge! I know many people will apply to this I'm just keeping my fingers crossed my comment gets read. Also, my life passion is singing, i've danced for 6 years in my past, and I am currently an actress at JRP Long Island. I love challenges, and being put on the spot in situations, it makes life more exciting and thrilling. I'm not your everyday teenager, where all they want is the fame, the fortune, and the glory. Even though having those things would be nice, it is not my top priority with auditioning, or getting anywhere in this industry. My top priority is to give my family a better life. My mom has been a single mom for ten years and life has not been easy on her trying to support three kids by herself. This could be my opportunity to give my mom the life she deserves instead of her having to worry day in and day out about a good life for my sister, my brother, and I.
