The world’s premiere family channel is ready to present another fantastic and fantastically imaginative half hour sitcom, and this one just may be their best yet. The Disney Channel’s Growing Up And Down is gearing up to begin production very soon and auditions for several roles for up and coming actors of all ages are being held now.
Growing Up And Down will follow a teenage brother and sister who are having trouble dealing with their parents divorce and will try anything to get them back together. When the desperate duo stumble upon what they believe to be a genie’s bottle they figure that wishing them back together is worth a shot and lo and behold their wish comes true! The kids parents are back together, just not quite the way that they planned. Their parents have been turned into 14 year olds! Now the kids have to figure out a way to get their folks through the days at school while also figuring out how to get everything back to normal.
Growing Up And Down is the latest from the wildly successful hit factory It”s A Laugh productions who are responsible for hours upon hours of some of the finest Disney programming ever including the worldwide sensations The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, Hannah Montana and Wizards of Waverly Place and recent favorites I Didn’t Do It, Kickin’ It and Jessie. My name is Kayleigh H. I am twelve years old. Acting and singing have always been passions of mine. I feel that if I can pretend to be somebody else, my imagination can take me wherever I want to go. Hey, I could be a homeless man named Frank who never succeeded in culinary school. He lives off pastrami and Chinese food people throw out behind their restaurants and lives in an abandoned warehouse in Pennsylvania. Or I could be Cassandra Walker, a rich and fancy girl from 1863. She lives in Georgia and her family owns a very big plantation with over fifty slaves. See? I just came up with that. That’s one of the reasons I feel you should pick me to be on the new television sitcom, Growing Up and Down. Another reason I feel you should pick me is because I have a lot of experiences with divorces. My father owns Military Divorce P.C., a company that helps military veterans get divorced. He often is on the phone with people who are figuring out how the children situation is going to work. After I heard one woman’s story, I was actually heartbroken. I thought that those kids would try to get their parents back together. I actually started piecing together a story about them, kind of like in Growing Up and Down. Basically, I am familiar with divorces and kids trying to get their parents back together. Last, but definitely not least, I have experiences in acting and singing. I spent two years in Hurrah Players acting school and was in two musicals (Annie the Orphan, The Littlest Christmas Tree). I am also currently participating in the Virginia Children’s Chorus, the best and most professional children’s choir in the state of Virginia. We performed in the Mahler8, Virginia Military TATTOO 2013, and worked with the Children’s Chorus of Washington DC several times. After being in VCC for four years and working with the instructors and composers, I have developed both strategies and techniques for singing and acting. Hi my names sara. I think the perfect show for we would be Growing up and down because I have a brither that very close to my age and were both teenagers. Our parent are going through a divorce. I've tried out for Disney channel in wilmington NC before and got a call back and waiting for the next one. I'm a skilled actor singer and dancer. I've done modeling a couple times. I hope to try out next time they come to my town!! I'm 13 years old turning 15 I weigh 100 pounds and I have dirty blonde hair closer to brown wich is very curly but manageable! Name: Qatianna (don't worry it's not as hard to pronounce as it looks) if you can say Tatianna you can say Qatianna. Q generally makes a Qua sound so if you just take off the T and add the Q making your usual qua sound TADA! you get my name. It should sound a lot like qua-tee-anna.

Hello there I'm Blaze and I have been leaving my dream of trying out for audition at my performing art center in kaneohe which is in Honolulu,Hawaii. I have done acting,singing,and dance for shows at my performing arts center called castle high school performing arts center (CPAC) and the type of shows i have acted, sang, and dance in was 100 Years of Broadway, Zombie prom Jr, Cinderella, and Wizard of Oz which were all fantastic. I started acting , singing , and dancing at 5th grade all the way to 8th grade. I always tried my hardest with my singing , dancing , and acting when it came to audition ,and when I here that I go in I'm happy and say thank you Jesus for blessing me with a great future ahead. My nationality are hawaiian , Chinese , Filipino , Irish , Mexican but I mostly look hawaiian and a little bit haole. My hair color is dark brown , my eyes are dark brown but when it's in the sun it looks like light brown , My height is 5'5 but I think I'm still growing. I have a nice personality , funny , a good sense of humor , great around people , respectful , helpful , responsible and talented. I'm the third oldest in my family I have 3 siblings and 1 mom , 1 dad , 1 grandma , and I have 2 sisters and 1 brother. They are all supportive when ever I have shows. I enjoy there comments because they always say u did great keep on doing what you do. Even I have supportive friends when we have schools that come to watch are shows I always look forward to the day my school comes because when ever we take a bow my friends call out my name and then after the show they give me leis which I thank them for giving me. So I would love to get this part of the boy because I think my family and friends would be proud of me how far I made it to making my dream come true and I really hope you guys pick me to be the boy of Growing Up and Down on disney channel and prove them that I made it to my dream and that they can too and I would like too inspire kids to strive for their big dreams for their future career.
