As far as a sense of humor, I am a single father raising two pre-teen daughters and you have got to have a good sense of humor for that. Hello my name is Greg Payne. I recently move to Pa, from Njfor work purpose. I lived in South America for over 10 years where I played professional soccer. I moved back here to the states to continue playing professional soccer in Ny, Ohio, and Toronto. I am now a professional soccer coach at a club in Yardley Pa, where I train kids from the age of 8 yearsof age up to 18. I still play soccer at a mens level so I am in decent shape and try to stay that way. I am a single parent to my 9 yr old daughter which lives with me full time, and I just moved a good friend of mine in along with her two kids to help them out when they went through a bad situation back in their home town of Gettysburg pa. Hey Wipeout. All these young kids can't touch this. I am a 50 year old Triathlete who has grown children who would love to see me take a direct hit from some secret door and land in the water. !! But who knows, maybe I will be the one to make it to the finals and moan and groan my way home with 50 thousand bucks and bruises. Pick me for a fun time.
I've read all these boring comments about how they are funny people, in "good" shape, have a job in the "sporting" area, etc. For all I know, and for all WIPEOUT knows, their idea of being funny is telling a joke they read and finally getting it right after the seventh time, their idea of being in good shape means they can walk to their car without falling, their idea of a job for all we know means they are a supervisor of a gym, meaning they answer phones, or clean the equipment, or a mall cop, let's hear the statistics people. For example, I'm a 23 year old female who is 5'7" and weighs less than 120 pounds, I can't bench my weight, but I can do ten push ups. My average mile run is eight minutes, and I can swim recreationally, I blame that on my school not having the budget for a pool. My boyfriend will ADMIT I can do one REAL chin-up. I have at least a four pack, okay depends on the season, winter, 2 pack, summer 4 pack. I can prove I'm funny because let's face it, I'm writing a comment for wipeout. I don't have a REAL job, but I am a graduate of a state college with a degree in Physical Education, Teacher Certification. For the moment I work with children with disabilities, and am an assistant on some nights, meaning basically, I'm an office beeeeeeeeeep, but I love what I do for the moment. You should pick me for the show because I'm "normal", just like the other thousands of people who are trying to audition. Oh and I'm a 23 year old just out of college without a job.

I think I would be a wonderful contestant for wipeout because of the skills I have. I am a multi-athlete so I am well rounded. I am super athletic and I feel that I could make it far in the competition. I can do anything from running a half marsthon, to jumping hurdles, and even throwin javelin and shot put. First off, I love the show. Ever since seeing the show for the first time I have wanted to be placed at the mercy of all the sweepers, slides, traps, and big balls. I dislike myself just enough to put myself through it. OK, now without trying to sound to desperate, I'm a very interesting person. I'm a 28 year old CAD (Computer Aided Design) operator at a foam parts plant in Baldwyn, Mississippi. I live in Tupelo, Mississippi, the birthplace of Elvis Presley. I'm married with one son, who likes to play Wipeout in our living room jumping from cushions to blankets etc. I race dirt track cars on the weekends. I was valedictorian and class president of Mooreville High School in 2002. I have even lost over 50 pounds recently. I have no problem making a fool of myself and have a healthy sense of humor.
