Who's Still Standing is definitely one of my favorite T.V. game shows, along with Cash Cab of course! I'm a recent college graduate and frequently visit California to visit my sister. (I'm assuming that's where it's filmed due to the fact that the vast majority of contestants seem to be California residents.)

I want to meet the guy who kept a reasonably straight face when offered "hentai" as the answer to a question involving henna! Added to that, the show looks like a bucket of fun, I could seriously use a $$ infusion (OK, who couldn't?), and I'm a compendium of otherwise useless information. What would I do with any winnings? Fix the roof on my home, do more to take care of my mother, and help a couple of friends in need. And probably some garden tools. Definitely some garden tools.

I actually have a couple of reasons that I should be a contestant on this show….I am the Master of Useless (and Useful) Information. I'm the guy who everyone says, "How do you happen to know that?" Sometimes, they even say, "Hey, you know more stuff than Cliff Claven." Now, I ask you, how could someone who knows more than Cliff not be a perfect fit for your show?? The other reason is because I have a family, which consists of three kids with varying special needs, and we are beginning to take care of a sweet 89 year old woman in our home. My husband and I have watched this show every night this week and I am beating the pants off of him (and the contestants!) I definitely have what it takes to win the million. We just had our first baby in November and my husband is quitting his job to be a full time dad while I work. He is also a 34-yr old full time student and taking night classes. I had a 4.0 GPA in highschool and went on to get a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA. Money is super tight for us right now, especially after dealing with a mold disaster in our basement. I am energetic and outgoing and promise to drop through the floor once I win the million!

I loved Ben Bailey on Cash Cab, my family won't play Trivial Pursuit with me anymore, and my 14 yr old son said, "Dad, you won't last long!" I'd love to prove him wrong, as I can USUALLY answer 9 out of 10 questions on the show so far! I'm also a 48 yr old father going back to school-while working-to become a teacher!
