Hello, my name is Joscelyn Baez and I know that I should be a part of the Step Up 4 Movie Auditions and Casting Call for several reasons. First, it's more than just the passion I have for dance, which is what the producers of the Step Up movies have clearly conveyed throughout the films, but its the dedication. I have danced at BalletMet Columbus on scholarship since I was 12, gaining the training and technique of classical styles through ballet, modern, and jazz dance. Beyond that, I have more recently begun to breakdance and learn how to dance lyrical hip hop, which is one of my favorite dance styles. I believe being versatile is an important aspect to being a true dancer. My dad has influenced me a lot, since he used to be a breakdancer in New York, which is where my family initially is from. My Latino culture and heritage have influenced my dance and passion for different dance styles. I am pursuing a professional career in commercial dance as well. Step Up movies.. always seem to give me motivation to step up and do a lot more. I always find myself watching Step Up movies just to get the vibe from becoming small to actually changing something in your life especially your family and i do mean your dance crew. I have been dancing for 7 years now and ever since iv'e seen the first Step Up i told my mom "i want to be in these types of movies" and no matter what she told me just to set my mind to it. So now, I am taking over my dance crew next year, nervous but so excited. I love to dance because dance can change you, it gets your frustrations out of the way and makes you realize that there are thousands of people that are doing the same thing.. Pretty cool right? aha dancing goes through my veins day and night, when I wake up or go to sleep I dance. I want to show others that if you just put your mind, heart, and soul to the thing you wanted most. It'll come true. I never wanted anything so much but just to see my name in the credits of a Step Up movie. So what I'm saying is give me a chance to live my dream.

Ever since i could remember i loved dancing and video games. I wasn't born in a rich or middle class family. I never had wat most kids around me had and i always hated most of the kids in my school cause they had this better then anyone mentality. hello I'm stevie and dancing is just something that i love so so so so much. I own like every step up movie right now haha and i cant get enough of how amazing it would be to be apart of something like that!me and all my friends do compititions around here on the streets. and Most of them just sit back and watch me take the floor because once im on you cant get me off haha i love that feeling of expression and feeling when i dance and looking back at the moves i just did and saying "what? did i just do that" dance takes me away,away from all the troubles all the drama, it helps me get out my happiness, all my anger and just helps me express me… and as far as i can tell…dance is a huge part of my life…thank you for reading and i hope that step up 4 will consider placing me in there movie

My name is Abby and I'm from New Jersey. Although I don't look like it, I am 20 years old. I've been dancing in school productions and events since I was 7. I love it very much, hiphop is more of my style but I've been exposed to ballet as well. I would love to get an opportunity to be in this movie. I'm a fast learner and I can adapt to any dance really well. I'm willing to do whatever it takes.
i may be only 12years old but i do have talent i have been dreaming to be in the step up movie ever since the first step up came out i am a great dancer i have been dancing since i was 4years old and i realy want to be in step up 4 or 5 i can dance to anything hip hop, break dance, salsa, tap, and i can do a headspin fronflip backflip and thing this willl be a dream come true for me and i know that if im not in step up 4 or 5 i will be in a better dancing movie becouse i belive God will let my dream come true i will belive in God at every moment
