Disney’s all-time classic animated film Sleeping Beauty is set to hit the big screens as an all new live action story starring one of the world’s biggest stars, Angelina Jolie. Maleficent is being prepped to shoot later this year and the search is on for talented actors of all ages for supporting players in this rich and fabled tale.
Maleficent will explore the origin story of the title character who is known as the evil fairy in the original Sleeping Beauty and will explore what led her to curse the beautiful Princess Aurora. There is absolutely no doubt that amongst the variety of people interested in this feature film , I am definitely one who qualifies for a part. I started acting about two years ago when I first joined my high school drama class and am quickly learning and developing better acting skills. This past fall I played the role of “Frenchy” in our local musical “Grease”. In my drama class I learned improvisation and performed several of times to our community and class.
