  1. My child, now 8 years of age is a huge fan of The Whiz. He's a natural born entertainer, and comes with natural talent. A huge Michael Jackson fan, he has been studying steps from both the movie and the musical and now has the script and all the moves down to a science. He has expressed to me would love nothing more than to audition for the upcoming musical. If you are looking for natural raw talent, he is your guy. His favorite character by far, scarecrow.

  2. The wiz has been one of my favorite shows. I watched all the time growing up with my grandma. To be apart of this production would be amazing! I can’t wait to have the opportunity to audition!

  3. I am interested in auditioning for the wiz. Time after time again would check to see if anyone would be doing "the wiz" and if so I would audition. It used to be when I was younger I wanted to play the part of Dorothy and now older I would love play Glenda the good witch. I saw this play in 1978 in St. Louis my hometown when Stephanie Mills played Dorothy. I know all of the songs from the play and used to rehearse these songs for warm up before I worked on other songs. I love love love this play and Lena Horne did an excellent job and was so beautiful for this part. I would like her part in the play. Looking forward to auditioning. I still have the original song book from the play and the album. I am a trained professional singer by the way

  4. I just joined the musical theater industry last year with LBM productions in Louisiana. Being on stage ignites a passion for me. I can be anything, feel anything on stage. In theater, I can be weird and not have judgements stares because I am a theater kid. So by being in the Wizard of Oz, I hope to experience friendship and unity. Just like Dorthy did when she found unexpected friends on her journey home.
