  8. This article totally had me fascinated!! I grew up in a small town in northern nj. My parents were the wilderness vacationers. I've stayed in endless tents in Maine, PA etc and learned how to fish at age 3(videos and pictures for proof) my mom was always outdoors and taught me a lot. We raised rare animals such as a deer. There's video footage of the baby deer, Cambridge on our couch laying down with my dad. I just love nature and although I've never been lost or stuck in it or a experienced a jungle I'm more than willing to put myself in that challenge! I'm 26 years old and I want to do something fun as different and if it involves the wilderness I'm all for it, plus the 100,000 would be pretty amazing as well. I want the experience, I want the fun, I want to see what this is all about. I'm energetic, moody and strong although I'm only 5"3 and 125lbs. It's so hard to try to win the casting crew over on a comment, it feels nearly impossible and getting on tv is something everyone strives for. I just know I would be a great contestant and would love for a chance to survive! Thanks for readin!

  9. Pick me . Porfavor .

  11. Optimistic, glass is always half full type of guy. As a Law Enforcement Officer I have been shot at, seen people shot up, saved a life and am a "crazy person" whisperer. The glass is always half full and can motivate a rock to move. I ain't the biggest but as they say, dynamite comes in small packages. Would love a shot at 72 hours! Take a couple strangers, find what binds and get that cash!

  16. Casting Team,

My name is Kevin and I wanted you guys to know that I am a big fan of your show 72 HOURS.

I was just wandering if you guys are going to premiere the next season of 72 HOURS and if so where and when does casting begin for the up and coming season of the show.

I strongly, strongly, strongly believe that with my unique and unusual background and life experiences considering where I am from, I would make for a great and interesting cast member on the show thus being a great fit.

I am a smart, witty, intelligent, educated, mentally tough, former overseas pro basketball player who is the ultimate motivator and team player. I love and have experience in hiking, camping, zip line, paintball, wild life, the outdoors, white water rafting, canoeing, archery, traveling and the list goes on and on. To add to this, I have an entertaining and dynamic personality and am an adrenaline junkie who loves adventure and is willing to try new things that involve living on the edge. Hey, you only live once so why not.

One of my aspirations is to go sky diving and jump out of an airplane one day just to be able to say that I did it. I think that it would be so much fun. The caveat is that I am black so go figure considering what I have just shared.

I would love an opportunity to be casted/to audition for an up and coming show. It would truly be a dream come true.

Thanks for your valuable time and consideration and take care.

    Continued success.

    Kevin

  20. Hello,
Im originally from Argentina but i moved to EE.UU over 8 years ago. Happy married, living in the rocky mtns.( breceknridge). To be honest i do not like getting into things i dont know very well, but i love challenges!! My husband always gets me to do new things and thats why i like to challenge myself to do it, because at first im probably gonna be screaming and complaining about it and thats when my husband starts getting crazy… but once i do it i wanna repeat it. I think Challenges and the unknown helps you grow inside and out. makes you find things you proabbly didnt know about yourself.
Im 28 years old spicy Argentinean, ready to compete and take all that money with me!

    🙂

  21. Hi!

I am 33 years of age and from Connecticut, but now reside in the South, so already that has prepared me for various weather & environments (from -10 degrees & blizzards to 100 degrees & suffocating heat). I have uprooted large bushes and sawed wood with my mother (no man at home growing up!) and have even killed a snake that crept into our home. I love to read about & watch shows about how to survive in various situations.

I have high metabolism and am also a determined person. I am a person of faith in God and that lends to my endurance. Giving up is not for me. I have also been told I give "good advice", so this would be useful in helping to encourage my teammates and boosting morale in tough times. Boosted spirits motivate people! I am just fine in a team (I like meeting new folks, too) or alone.

My experience as a professional visual artist helps me to solve visual problems on and off paper and I am good with directions. From my times as an only librarian (the first in a small southern town I lived in), receptionist and an activity director, I can also lend leadership and orderliness.

I have watched this show, like the show and admire the subject. I also love to travel at any opportunity I get!

I hope that you will consider me as I would love to escape to a new experience! Thank you!

  22. I'm 33, play well with snakes and spiders, and am always preparing for the upcoming apocalypse. I feel fully confident I can get water from jungle vines or water collection on broad leaves, and eat banana leaves or grubs or whatever is out there. (Not that you can't go 3 days without eating) I'm incredibly stubborn and don't know when to give up.

  23. i am Anthony by name from Nigeria,am an adventurer i love traveling and meeting new people also love been left in the wild.

Am determined and have an inner strength in me due to my high range of moral.am independent and 21 years of age

i know i can do this.

  24. 72 hours is a great show. I've lived in Colorado all my life, love the mountains and being outside. I thrive on competition and pushing myself beyond what is thought possible. I work at a ski resort part of the year and travel part of the year and am looking for my next great adventure. I'm no outdoors expert but I know a few things and would love to test myself.
    Thanks for the consideration.

  25. I am a Navy veteran with several years desert backpacking experience and have ghost-authored several survival articles. Watching some of these people make me cringe and I know I can do better than they did, but I also know some of them really kickass and it would be an honor to spend 3 days on a mountain with them.

  26. I'm Michael Nolasco currently inside the Army reserves. I am a para-trooper inside the army along with infantry. I also coach wrestling at a local high school. I am the most competitive person I know. It doesn't matter what we are doing I am constantly sizing up my opponents, I get into peoples heads with all the trash talking I speak before during and even after. I'm 5'5 130 pounds. I have a habit of getting into people's head by pushing myself way harder. An example was when we were carrying logs one of my teammates dropped his log from exhaustion so I picked both of them up. It got into his head and pushed himself because I wa half his size and I was carrying both the logs. So he gained back his log and kept trucking along. I'm ready to get the W

  27. Hi, My name is Jill and I would love a chance at this survival/teamwork/race/for a chance to win. I would like a chance to challenge myself and all the things I've learned and use the knowledge towards wining money. I'm hoping for a chance I know I have what it takes to be on 72 Hour – TNT

  28. I'm 23 years old from nyc I have a 2 year old son and two step-kids which I see as my own they are 12 and 6. I am a part time tattoo artist full time stay at home dad.i always been the adventurous one in my family,I always try to the best at everything I do and I try to be as supportive to my kids to to do the best they could be. Me and my family love this show and we've seen every episode and every time we do my wife and kids say I could do it and win they really believe I can and so do I,
I want the chance to prove to them that if given the chance anyone can make the impossible possible I want them to see me try my best to win,not for the money but for them because it is for them that I live for and nothing will make me more happy then to show them that I did it.
Someone once said that to achieve greatness you must
Give up pride, selfishness and doubt and replace it with
Humility, generosity and hope. Let the light of our hearts
Shine through he darkness of the chaos of life and live with love………..Norberto Rivera -father of three husband to one

  29. Soon I will have achieved my goal of "50 x 50": setting foot in all 50 states before age 50. Born in Alabama I've lived all over the US, in places like Salt Lake City where I learned to ski and hiked in the Wasatch Range of the Rocky Mountains. All my vacations are "trekky" in that there is strenuous activity involved, like climbing the peaks of Glacier National Park or biking the Katy trail in Missouri, or rafting the Ocoee River in Tennessee. I'm a Southerner living in the Midwest with feet planted all over God's earth and would dearly love to take on the challenge that 72 Hours presents.

  30. It's time to stop watching and start doing. Challenges thrill me as I am competitive and being with strangers will also make it exciting for 72 hours. I'm shy at times but if you make this Scorpio upset then you will feel the wrath of my sting. I will provide drama and adventure to the show when chosen for the challenge and if I were to win the game I can provide a "home" to my family and contribute to my son's college education funds.

  31. I'm turning 40 in a week and feel I'm in the best shape of my life. My Friend/boss, I know who's friends with their boss, asked me to find out how to sign up for this show so hopefully through this I will figure that out. We have done some Obstacle races together, train together, sit in the same office together everyday which is a survival show on it's own, and are looking to push ourselves to the limit. This would be an awesome opportunity for us both to really see what we are made of!

  32. I am 24 years old. I am recently honorably separated from the Marine Corps. I am an engineering Student and love the outdoors. I am very team-oriented and would love to be on this show.

  33. I am 56 but in the best physical shape of my life. I started learning about outdoor wilderness survival after a near death experience that left me in the hospital for a period of time. I became fascinated with Dual Survival and since then have started my own you tube channel. I am extremely flexible in terms of personality which makes me unmoved in the face of adversity. I have always loved the outdoors and I am a great team player. I can teach but am also teachable and I don't have a big ego to work around. I would welcome this challenge!

  34. My name is Erika and I am 24 and living in Sarasota, Fl. I love everything about fitness and would be up for the challenge. Watching the show makes me want to be there right now. I am a student and am working as a bartender, trying to pay my way through school. The opportunity would be a great way to test myself and prove that I can do it. I am a very likeable person if you are the same way. I am ready for any challenge that comes my way!

  35. I am a 24yr old single mother of 4. Currently I am attending college to become a nurse. My children are my life. I have overcome so many challenges to take care of them and to teach them.
I have recently finished serving three years in the Army so I know I would make a wonderful contestant for your show. I can lead as well as follow when necessary. This would be such an amazing life-changing experience for me. It would also help me show my children that you can accomplish anything you put your mind to.

  36. I am 33 years old, a mother of two, a high school math teacher, a lover of country music, a fitness competitor, and an athlete. I have never met a challenge I didn't love. I am outgoing, adventurous, strong both physically and mentally, and I have a sense of humor. 🙂 I know that I would be perfect for this adventure. Pick me! 🙂 Seriously, a country singing, weight lifting, math teacher kicking butt? Perfect television material!

  37. I can do anything I set my mind to. I am a family man and that can sometimes call for making something out of nothing. I am great with my hands. I am not a quitter. I need to show American how its supposed to be done on 72 hrs.

I am a 29 year old, African American man. 6'2, approximately 175-180 lbs.

  38. Name is Josh Davis and I'm 24 years old and am curently in the process of becoming a firefighter for the city of Louisville. I think this is the perfect type of show for me. I am very athletic and workout 5 days a week. I have always been very competitive and am always looking for a new challenge and a new way to push myself. I could really use the money to pay back my college debt and a car. I know I got the skill ad determination to win this show and all I need it one shot to prove it. It's just been hard to get that one chance, I have been applying to many game shows to be able to prove it but have yet to get a chance

  39. 31 years old, mother of two beautiful girls looking for a new adventure to call my own. With my husband's support, I believe I can go all the way!!

I just want to push myself to see if "I've still got it", oh yeah, and the prize money would be nice too.

  41. Im turning 32 in September, and I am outgoing and adventurious. I always want to challenge myself more and more everyday. I have gone through a lot of up's and down's in my life. If I was able to do something like this, this would not only prove to myself that I am a fighter, but it will prove to everyone else that doubted me that I will never give up on something I believe in.

  42. I'm 35 years old male a native from Liberia- West Africa. I currently reside in Jersey City, NJ. Showing up in one of the hardest terrain had build me up for this challenge. I'm also a great team player with the philosophy of, " no man left behind"

  43. I'm 33 year old single father. Hard working and adventurous. After watching the show I though it would be the perfect challenge in a life that has already been filled with many challenges

  44. My name is Chad I am 32, married for almost seven years with two kids. I think I would be perfect for this show because I love adventure and the outdoors. Having has definitely been the greatest challenge of my life and my time has been devoted to the family life. An experience like this would be just the thing to get me back out to nature and adventure. PICK ME!!!!

I'm a very good team player and would like to try and help other people push themselves as far as they can.

  48. I am 32 years old and I have had a pretty easy life. My parents are well off, I went to private schools, had college paid for by my parents and live in a condo owned by my parents. Many things have been handed to me. I want a challenge to overcome on my own. I'm ready to finally be a man.

  49. I would be an excellent person for the show. I grew up in Arizona being outdoors in some extreme heat and still climbing mountains in the rugged terrain. Now that I have a son, my adventures have almost disappeared and I would be willing to pay for this adventure, let alone having a shot at splitting $100k with some fellow competitors!

I'm doing things other people at my age aren't! I play mother, caregiver, father, babysitter, cook and all, along with my own spare time of working out and getting fit. 62. I believe I have the skills to navigate through tough terrain and be able to take care of myself and my team with limited supplies! It has been a dream of mine to do something of this caliber to test my ability's and see how my life on the farm has provided the experiance and knowledge to do such a test with the greatest pleasure and thanks to have the opportunity! I really could use the money but it would only be a bonus, the real challenge to finish first would be my first priority!

  63. I am 43 & am currently living in Orlando, FL with my wife and two daughters. While I'm sitting here watching the show, I can't help but put myself in the position of the team members. I know, being the man that I am, I would not be the one crying and wanting to quit, I would be the one wanting to push forward and face all of the challenges. I am an avid runner, am very competitive and I would do whatever it takes to win the money.
PS, To all the contestants who are chosen, stop all the crying and challenge yourself.

  64. I love adventure. I could use the money but would also love the experience. This would be a one in a life time chance. I have what it takes to make it on this show.
