Black Lightning is coming to The CW and you have a chance to work on the show! A child and adult model and actor casting call is here for you to apply to! The new CW TV show pilot is filming in Atlanta, Georgia. Several roles are now being cast for the series. Filming is scheduled for March 21st through April 1st.. It is being directed by Salim Akil (The Game, Sparkle). The background actor casting call is searching for males and females ages 9 and up to portray skating rink families, men and women ages 18-25 to portray high school track runners, high school track coaches and high school students. Also being cast are women ages 18 to 40 to play escorts and a Korean woman ages 30-65.

He made his choice: He hung up the suit and his secret identity years ago, but with a daughter, Jennifer (China Anne McCain) hellbent on justice and a star student being recruited by a local gang, he’ll be pulled back into the fight as the wanted vigilante and DC legend Black Lightning”. [HS Track Runners] Male/Female, Ages 18-25, Open Ethnicity – Looking for adults who can play inner city high schoolers; should have track experience, please not your experience in your submission

[HS Track Coaches] Male/ Female, Ages 30+, Open Ethnicity – Please note coaching experience in your submission

[HS Students] Male/ Female, Ages 18-25, Open Ethnicity – Looking for adults who can play inner city high schoolers – looking for hip, trendy looks

[Korean Woman] Age 30-65 – should have some acting experience, Please list experience or attach resume in your submission

[Female Escorts] Ages 18-40, Open Ethnicity, must be comfortable in scantily clad attire. Looking for a variety of types from “high end” to “low rent”

This is a paid acting job. The pay rates are still being negotiated, so the exact pay rate is still be determined.
