The upcoming movie “Supercon” is now casting men. The movie is set to be about “A rag-tag group of former TV stars and comic book artists, who make their living working at conventions, decide to steal the loot from a crooked promoter and an overbearing former TV icon. The movie will be directed by Zak Knutson who has produced and directed a lot with actor and director Kevin Smith (Clerks, Dogma, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back). Central Casting is now accepting submissions for men to play Security Guards.
They are casting for a small group of security guards to work multiple days throughout the run of filming on this fun new project! The filming of “Supercon” will mostly take place on the Westbank, which is about twenty minutes outside of New Orleans, Louisiana. The movie will be filming through the rest of June and July. The roles call for men who appear to be in their 30’s through 50’s. The casting team is open to males of any ethnicity but actors must be at least 6’3 and taller. Since the roles are on-going, actors who apply should have open availability and be comfortable doing a moderate amount of running.
If you fit the role, think you can pull off the look of a security guard and have a pretty open schedule during the rest of June and all of July then submit today!
