Do you want to know how to audition for Game of Thrones? A season 7 open casting call is being held for background actors! If you have always wanted to work on the HBO TV show this is the audition notice for you! While we still have to wait until July 16th for the new season to premiere, models and actors have the opportunity to get a sneak peek of the show by landing an extra role!

At the end of season 6, “Game of Thrones” left us with a lot of anticipation. Daenerys Targaryen teamed up with Yara Greyjoy to set sail and Jon Snow was proclaimed as the new King of the North. Cersei took out the bulk of her enemies with wildfire which caused King Tomlin to walk out of the window and plunge to his death making her queen yet again. We have a lot to look forward to. Filming will be in Ireland so they are looking for local men and women ages 18 and up. While children are not able to attend this casting, parents are encouraged to submit them on the casting director’s website. If you are interested in signing up for the open casting call and being on the fiercest show on television, attend the audition for your chance!

HBO Game of Thrones Season 7 Casting Call

The Extras Dept. will be holding an Open Casting in Bow Street, Smithfield, Dublin 7 on Saturday 8th of April from 12-5pm.

This event is FREE to the public. There is no need to register, and drop-ins are very much welcome. If you do intend to pop into us, please click attending on this event so we can keep updated.

This event for new members, people who would like us to help them set up an active profile and work as an extra in Film and TV productions across Ireland. Current members are more than welcome to drop in and say hello. We can even update your measurements with you, put up a new profile picture and catch up on what’s going on.

Make sure to bring along a copy of your ID (Passport) to complete your profile. If you already have a profile, there’s no requirement to make a new one. You would just be coming to meet our team and talk to us about working as an extra with us.
