There is an astounding new opportunity to apply to audition for a role on Fox’s Empire. A season 3 casting call for the music series is looking for singers and dancers! Casting directors are looking for an African American male tap dancer who is between the ages of 18 and 25 years old. They are also searching for a male singer. Producers are looking for a male vocalist who is 20 to 30 years old and an excellent R&B singer. These roles pay the SAG-AFTRA scale rates of $933.00 per day.
All applicants must be available to audition between January 18th and January 23rd. The shoot will be sometime between January 26th and January 6th so you must be fully available for those days. Only men who are local to Illinois are being considered because the series is shooting in Chicago. I’d like to introduce you to Vegas’ next big thing.
C'Jaay ThaPrince was born in the center of the entertainment capitol of the world, so he was destined to be in the spotlight. Full of personality and drive he continues to push his intense flow through the underground scene. C'Jaay began his career in 2010 at the age of 10.
While his dad discouraged him from singing, his mother encouraged him to be whatever he wanted to be. He says that's when he unleashed the inspiration he kept bottled up from his then rapper mom & her boyfriend. He began recording track after track in his closet, until he stumbled upon one he knew had to be recorded in a quality studio. In 2014 C'Jaay performed that same song & was the winner of his first live performance/talent show, "Apollo In The Desert".
He's since collaborated with a handful of local artists, performed at many events & continued to perfect his music.
