From the brilliant mind of Academy Award winner John Ridley (12 Years A Slave) comes the latest primetime network drama sensation, American Crime. This wholly original murder mystery has TV viewers everywhere on the edge of their seats and the search in on for performers to be cast in upcoming episodes. Submissions are being accepted today from up and coming actors for a number of fabulous roles in this ABC production.

American Crime begins with the murder of a war vet and quickly unfurls into one of the most layered and emotionally complex series on television today. This mesmerizing series uses the horrific incident as the jumping off point to explore both the circumstances that led to the crime and the events that take place after. The story twists tighter and tighter

and the mysteries grow deeper as the project explores the four suspects in the crime, the victims parents and the victim himself.

Oscar winner Timothy Hutton (Leverage, Ordinary People, Beautiful Girls) and Academy Award nominee and Emmy and Golden Globe winner Felicity Huffman (Desperate Housewives, Magnolia, Transamerica) lead an ensemble cast that includes Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award nominee Penelope Ann Miller (Carlitos Way, Mistresses, The Artist), Caitlin Gerard (The Social Network, Magic Mike, Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous), Screen Actors Guild Award nominee W. Earl Brown (Deadwood, True Detective, Draft Day) and Screen Actors Guild Award nominee Regina King (Ray, Enemy Of The State, The Big Bang Theory).

I've been in drama and speech classes for 3 years, been in numerous plays and acting is something I've always been interested in. Murder mysteries and Zombies have been something that has interested me since I was very small.
