/Audio Drama Podcast Variety of Roles - Voice-OverAre you looking for a voice-over audition?  There is a new opportunity for you to start or further your career in voice acting!  Dayton Writers Movement is now accepting auditions for our fiction podcast show: The Hidden People! This ongoing show is a modern fantasy that crosses all genres while still managing to make some important points in between the jokes, murder mysteries, and action scenes. Dayton Writers Movement is accepting audition recordings for our next audio drama podcast, The Hidden People. The show is a modern fantasy incorporating comedy, drama, action, and mystery. In the aftermath of her parents’ deaths, Mackenna struggles to make sense of increasingly bizarre events.

This new show is ongoing and will rehearse, record, and release throughout the year–with a plan for the show to run at least three years. We expect to be rehearsing and recording 2-3 days a week for about 25 weeks a year (not consecutive), with each rehearsal/recording expected to take 2-4 hours. View the voice-over audition information below!

Ohio Voice-Over Casting Call

To audition, you must be 18 years or older with availability for rehearsals and recordings taking place in the Dayton, Ohio area. All roles are unpaid.

We have three types of roles for this show:

Series regulars are in nearly every episode. Series regulars need to agree that this show will be their first creative commitment. This show needs to be the one your other creative projects work around.

Recurring guest stars are in multiple episodes and play characters who will reappear regularly throughout the show. While the commitment is not as comprehensive as series regulars, recurring guest stars need to agree to make this show a priority.
Guest stars are typically in one or two episodes, though they may return later in the show.

Throughout this year and beyond, we will continue to add new guest stars.

We have several opportunities for any gender, ethnicity, and 18yrs old+.
