Iconic actor Brad Pitt is producing a new series for Starz. The show “Sweetbitter” is in need of actors for some upcoming scenes. Season 1 is now filming in New York City, New York. The production notice is looking for Chinese men and women to portray pedestrians. At this time the project is set to film on Friday, December 1st. This could film late so you must be fully available for the entire day and night. The new TV show will be based on the best-selling novel written by Stephanie Danler.
According to Deadline, “Sweetbitter follows 22-year-old Tess who, shortly after arriving in New York City, lands a job at a celebrated downtown restaurant. Swiftly introduced to the world of drugs, alcohol, love, lust, dive bars and fine dining, she learns to navigate the chaotically alluring yet punishing life she has stumbled upon. It is a story of a young woman’s coming of age, set against the rich and grimy backdrop of exclusive restaurants, evoking the possibility, beauty and fragility of being young and adrift.”
