AMC has renewed their popular series “The Son” for another year! Season 2 of the Pierce Brosnan drama is now filming. An extras audition notice is available to apply to. This is a wonderful way to gain some acting experience. Aspiring actors can gain a tremendous amount of knowledge by being on the set of a television series. AMC describes the show as “A sweeping family saga that traces the story of Eli McCullough’s transformation from good-natured innocence to calculated violence, as he loses everything on the wild frontier.”

Additional actors are now being cast. The TV show casting call is looking for male models and actors. Guys will be portraying socialites in 1988. Because filming will be in downtown Austin, only those local to Texas are being considered. A fitting will be taking place today or tomorrow afternoon. The team is looking for men with some specific sizes. Due to wardrobe reasons males must wear a 38 to 42 jacket and have no larger than a 34 waist. This shoot will be on February 27th. This would require a fitting TODAY OR TOMORROW afternoon in South Austin. (Address upon booking) The fitting will take about an hour and you’ll receive $25 for your time.
Males must be within a SZ 38-42 Jacket with no larger than a 34 waist.
