Are you interested in getting your child started in modeling and acting? Have you been trying to find the best way to begin? We have a new casting call to share that can help you on your way! The hit Showtime TV show “The Chi” is now casting kids. The 2018 audition for kids is looking for African American twins! They are open to identical male or female twins or triplets as well as fraternal toddlers. These roles call for children who are 2 to 3 years old. This is a fantastic acting opportunity. The selected toddlers will be portraying one of the actors babies!

Filming will be in Chicago, Illinois on Friday, August 18th. Each child that is booked will be paid $250.00 for 8 hours. In addition, the parent or guardian will receive $96.00 for 8 hours! Not only will your children get to appear on a national hit television show but you will get paid to take them and they will get paid to work! As if that weren’t incredible enough, there is an opportunity for additional shoot days throughout the season!

According to Showtime, the series takes place “On Chicago’s south side, an average day finds kids prepping for school as their parents head off to work, young adults trying to make a living, and the elders keeping an eye on things from their front porches. But in this tough neighborhood, real dangers threaten daily to squelch dreams, and the simplest decisions can have life or death consequences. From Emmy® winner Lena Waithe, The Chi is a timely coming-of-age drama series centered on a group of residents who become linked by coincidence but bonded by the need for connection and redemption”.

TWINS CASTING CALL – THE CHI SEASON 2!!
SHOOT DATE: FRI., 8/17. If cast your children will work as one of the actor’s baby, so there is opportunity for additional days throughout the season.
LOCATION: Chicago, IL
RATE: $250/8 hours per child booked + $96/8 per guardian

1) TWINS
Boy and/or Girl, African American, 2-3 years old. We are looking for identical twins/triplets, but are open to fraternal baby submissions as well.

If you have an IL work permit through 4 Star Casting or a local talent agency – please attach in your email submission. If you currently do not have a work permit for each child, please let us know as well, as we can explain how to obtain the work permit, if your children are in consideration.

2) Please attach a photo of each child individually and a group photo. Please rename the jpeg photo with their name and attach current photos.

4) Please confirm you live locally to Chicago

5) Confirm you/your children have open availability

6) Please attach their work permits if they have them or let us know you will need to get the work permits if selected
