Netflix is gearing up to begin filming their new show “She’s Gotta Have it”. There is a new Netflix audition notice for actors who are local to the New York area.  The show was created and is being directed by Spike Lee. She’s Gotta Have It centers on Nola Darling, a Brooklyn-based artist in her late twenties struggling to define herself and divide her time amongst her Friends, her Job and her Three Lovers: The Cultured Model, Greer Childs, The Protective Investment Banker, Jamie Overstreet and Da Original B-Boy Sneakerhead, Mars Blackmon.

Barbara McNamara Casting is looking for the following SAG and Non-union background actor roles for the new project. The TV show will be shooting Oct 17th through November. Casting directors are looking babies and toddlers up to age 5. They are also looking for men and women who are between the ages of 20 and 80 years old. They are seeking models and actors to play Brooklyn hipsters, nannies, bar patrons and shoppers, models, attractive club goers, nursery/ greenhouse workers, and babies and toddlers.
