The TV show that fills our souls with country music and takes us in an inside look on all of the drama that surrounds being a country music star, “Nashville” is now casting! A new audition notice for kids and adults is searching for those who haven’t yet worked on this season of the series. The former ABC series has moved to CMT. ABC describes the show as following “Nashville’s” singers, songwriters and superstars struggle to reconcile their public and private realities. Some will fight to climb to—or stay on—the top. Some will succumb to their own ambition. And all will learn how to survive in the wake of loss—proving that music may be at the heart of Music City, but drama always reigns.”
Casting directors are looking to fill several roles. Nashville locals are needed to portray parents, teachers, school janitors and Flynn’s friends. These fun roles will be filming on Wednesday, December 7th. The call times are not yet set so those who want to apply for a role must be fully available for the entire work date. The pay rate for selected extras is $64.00 for 8 hours with an 8 hour guarantee. If you work over 8 hours, time and one half will be paid. Checks will be mailed about 10 – 14 days after you work. Available Roles:
FLYNN FRIENDS: male and female, all ethnicities, age range 12-13
PARENTS: male and female, all ethnicities, age range 35-50, conservative, clean-cut, upscale
TEACHERS: male and female, all ethnicities, age range 30-55, clean-cut, conservative, professional
SCHOOL JANITOR: male, all ethnicities, age range 40-60, blue collar types
NEW FACES who have either not yet worked on this project this season or who have not worked since 11/16/16–
We DO NOT have Call Times yet so you would need to be 100% fully available on the work date. MUST be available ALL DAY!! You MUST have open/flexible availability if submitting so that you can work WHATEVER the call times & wrap times end up being. If not, please DO NOT SUBMIT!
Pay rate for EXTRAS is $64.00 for 8 hours ($8.00/hour with a 8 hour guarantee). Overtime of time and 1/2 will be paid for anything over 8 hours. You will receive a check in the mail usually 10-14 business days AFTER you work.
