The movie franchise “Step Up” is being turned into a series. An extras casting call is looking for men and women for several roles. Youtube will be rolling out their new subscription service Red and the series will premiere on it. Casting directors are searching actors to portray pilots, flight attendants, limo drivers and travelers. The airport scene will be filming on Tuesday, May 30th, 2017. Shooting will take place in Atlanta, Georgia.

According to Deadline, “Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan Tatum, who co-starred in the original Step Up film, will executive produce the series adaptation along with the movies’ producers Adam Shankman, Jennifer Gibgot and Meredith Milton.
