Your chance to be an actor on The Vampire Diaries will soon be coming to an end. The CW is now filming the last season of the series. A new audition notice has come out and the casting team wants you to be in it! The show is now casting men to play inmates and men and women to portray hospital staff.

The Vampire Diaries takes place in the quaint town of Mystic Falls, Virginia which was once a hotbed of supernatural activity and becomes so again with the return after 145 years of vampire brothers Damon and Stefan Salvatore. The brother’s presence reignites past battles with a host of mythical creatures and the brothers themselves fight for the affection of local beauty Elena Gilbert. The series stars Nina Dobrev, Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder.

The Vampire Diaries is filming in Atlanta, Georgia tomorrow, Tuesday October 11th. Men who are between the ages of 18 and 45 years old of all ethnicities are now needed to play inmates. They are seeking character faces who have a tough and intimidating look. They are also seeking men and women who are between the ages of 24 and 50 years old to play hospital staff. They are open to all ethnicities. Producers are seeking actors to portray doctors, nurses and orderlies. All actors must be comfortable with artificial blood and playing dead. This role films tomorrow, Tuesday October 11th and Wednesday, October 12th. If you want to portray a hospital worker you must be available to work both days. Selected talent will be paid $60.00 for 8 hours with overtime after 8 hours.
