Are you ready for another Ocean’s movie? The franchise is adding a continuation to the popular “Ocean’s 1” series and you could be in it! “Ocean’s 8” will have a lead female cast. There are some mega stars appearing in this movie! There is an “Ocean’s 8” casting call for a photo double! Casting directors are looking for a Caucasian female in her late 30’s to early 50’s. Women must have blond hair past their shoulders because they will be doubling for Helena Bonham Carter. Both union and non-union females are being accepted. Movie auditions are being held on Tuesday, August 14th. Filming will be in New York City so all talent must be local to the area. The shoot will take place on Wednesday, August 15th.
According to a statement from Warner Brothers, “In summer 2018, the tide will turn as (left to right) Debbie Ocean (Sandra Bullock) attempts to pull off the heist of the century at New York City’s star-studded annual Met Gala,” “Her first stop is to assemble the perfect crew: Lou (Cate Blanchett); Nine Ball (Rihanna); Amita (Mindy Kaling); Constance (Awkwafina); Rose (Helena Bonham Carter); Daphne Kluger (Anne Hathaway); and Tammy (Sarah Paulson).”This is sure to be one of the hit movies of 2018! Grant Wilfley Casting is seeking SAG-AFTRA/NON-UNION Caucasian Female, late 30s – early 50s age range, with blonde hair past shoulders to photo double Helena Bonham Carter on Ocean’s 8.
Would need to attend interview tomorrow Tues 8/15 and if selected work is tentatively scheduled for Weds 8/16 in the NYC area. Must have full day availability.
