Have you always dreamed of being a Laker girl? Are you a dancer who is looking to gain a ton of exposure? Your dreams could come true! The Los Angeles Lakers are holding their annual auditions for the 2017 Laker girls cheerleading squad. Auditions are being held this Sunday, July 9th, 2017. In order to be considered, you must be 18 years old. It is recommended that anyone who audition have at least 8 years of dance experience. Registration will begin at 9:00am sharp so don’t be late. The Laker girls casting call is being held at the Toyota Sports Center in El Segundo, California.
Dancers should wear athletics shoes with non-marking bottoms and dress in briefs and a crop top or a leotard with flesh colored tights. You should bring a headshot and a resume with you to the audition. This is an incredible opportunity to support your favorite basketball team and instantly become a local celebrity. If you are interested in being considered, attend the dance audition for your chance to land a spot on the team!
