Arguably the most well-known woman in the world, Oprah Winfrey, has added a new series to her network. The OWN TV show “Love Is’ is now casting extras. The TV casting call is looking for African American looking men and women to portray restaurant patrons. For this scene, the team is seeking people who appear to be in their twenties through early fifties. Actors should have 1990’s looks and hairstyles and not have any visible tattoos. Filming will be on Tuesday, February 27th. It will be shooting at the Pinewood Studios in Fayetteville, Georgia. Extras will be paid $88.00 for ten hours.
According to Variety, “the series is based on the true story of the husband and wife team, telling the story of a power couple navigating the landscape of Black Hollywood.”
