I feel it is a bit impersonal to simply list off my features & experience, so I thought I'd tell you a bit about myself in a honest and more personal sense in addition to my physical characteristics. My name is Ian Eckerson, and I've been in my high school's theatre program for my last semester in school and very much enjoyed it. I excelled in my class, and have great social developing skills with people. Character work is extremely important to me, and as an example, I spent 3+ hours a day for a month researching and rehearsing a character I did in my school's last production. I take acting very seriously, but are seldom a serious individual. I have been told by many that I have an eccentric, upbeat personality, but can pull off an array of different types of characters with much success. I am not a "blanker", or emotionless actor doing my characters (unless the character calls for it).
