A global brand is holding a casting call for an educational video shoot. They are casting a baby (preferably a female) who is ethnically ambiguous who is between the ages of 7 to 12 months old. It is for a virtual reality project for a global brand simulating senses and takes place from a baby’s point of view. What this means is that the viewer, who will be medical professionals at a trade show, will put on virtual reality goggles and be able to see from baby’s eyes a mom interacting with her and look around at all of the sights and sounds.
The company will be using a real baby so the mom can interact with the baby’s feet and hands and the viewer will have a more authentic experience. There will not be any nudity shown. They are looking to shoot the week of May 23rd and it will be a two day shoot in the tri-state New York City area. A nurse provided by the client will be on set, parent is absolutely welcome to be present during the entire time, and everything will be professionally and safely run. We’ll only place the baby in the scenes right before we’re ready to roll camera to minimize any disruptions. Also, we’ll make sure to have a quiet area for you and the baby.
The casting team will be casting 2 babies on set in case one of them is a bit fussy and doesn’t want to cooperate during the shoot. If you would like to have your baby be a part of this shoot, please email some photos of your baby to concentratecasting@gmail.com. The baby should be in the entire frame of the photo and can be wearing a diaper. One photo should be a shot from slightly over her head looking down at the body so her belly, feet and arms are in the frame (or as close as you can get to it). This shot is to mimic the baby’s point of view. The mom and baby should be local to New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. This is a paid shoot
