The hit Fox TV show “Star” is back! Filming for season 3 is underway and you can take part in the fun! The hit drama has released a casting call for extras. Models and actors are being hired to portray gala attendees, security guards, wait staff and hairstylists. The shoot will be tomorrow, August 28th in Atlanta, Georgia. This paid acting job will compensate the chosen extras $88.00 for 10 hours. Actors who have to use their formal wear will be paid an additional $15.00 for their wardrobe.

According to Fox, “Star is an emotionally powerful drama that follows three talented singers – running from their pasts and desperate for a new start – with ambitions of stardom, as they navigate the cut-throat music business. Central Casting is casting the following:

GALA ATTENDEES: Male actors who can portray CAUCASIAN who appear to be their 30’s-60’s to portray upscale gala attendees. You must have TUEXEDO or nice suit.

SECURITY GUARDS: Male actors of all ethnicities who are fit and clean-cut and at least 5’11 to portray security guards. Think ‘Secret Service’. Must have and bring a black suit and tie.

WAITSTAFF: Male and female actors of all ages and ethnicities welcome to apply. Must have black slacks and white button-up shirt.

HAIRSTYLISTS/MAKEUP ARTISTS: Female actors of all ages and ethnicities welcome to apply. Casual attire.
