CBS’s TV show “The Inspectors” that follows the lives of those in the Postal Inspector Service. The scripted drama is set in the heart of Washington, D.C. The series inspired by compelling real cases handled by the United States Postal Inspection Service. In the series, Preston Wainwright (Bret Green), a determined teen who is thriving after being paralyzed in a car accident, works as an intern for his U.S. Postal Inspector mom, Amanda (Jessica Lundy), helping to solve crimes ranging from Internet scams, identity and mail theft, to consumer fraud.
The extras casting director on the show, Taylor Woodell is looking to fill a few roles that are filming on Thursday, June 2nd. The show shoots in Charleston, South Carolina so the casting team is looking for background actors who are local to the area. They are looking for a male of any ethnicity who is in his 30’s for the role of Jared Marks. They would prefer the actor for this role is a new face and someone who seems to be a little on the rough and tough side. They are also looking for a female in her 60’s to play the role of Fred’s mom. The last role they need to fill for this episode is for the role of a warden. This role calls for a male of any ethnicity who is in their late 40’s who can provide his own gray suit, white shirt and a gray tie.
The casting call states the casting team asks you be available the whole day and able to work 10 plus hours. The pay is a guaranteed $115 total for up to 8 hours and time and a half after 8 hours.
