BET has a new series coming out and they are seeking actors and models. The new show, The Quad, is now accepting submissions for background actors ages 18 and up. There are several available roles. The Quad is filming in Atlanta, Georgia and stars Anika Noni Rose, Ruben Santiago-Hudson, Jasmine guy and many more! According to Essence, The Quad takes viewers inside the unique, culture-filled world of a HBCU in today’s climate. Rose plays “Dr.”, the newly elected President of the fictional Georgia A&M, who is juggling her new demanding job, a crumbling marriage, and a troublemaking daughter.

Casting directors are seeking extras to work on various scenes in the movie. They are also looking for a few specific roles. They are accepting general submissions from actors and models who are ages 18 and up. They are also seeking males and females to play students, faculty members, staff, sorority and fraternity steppers, dancers, police and many more! All of the paid extra roles will be picture picked by CAB Castings and producers so please keep that in mind when you are submitting. All of your photos should be appropriate and clear and in good lighting.

Call times for the shoot days will be determined closer to the actual workday. Workdays will last from 10 to 12hrs depending on the scenes in which you are shooting for. With that being said, if asked to work, you will be expected to have open availability for a full 12 hour day. The pay rate for extras on this production is $64/8hr, which you will receive in the form of a check in the mail. After 8hrs it will be time and a half.
