Do you want to be a part of Disney’s magic? From your favorite Disney Channel shows to their On Broadway productions, performers captivate kids and adults around the world. Disney auditions are being held for singers to portray Belle in “Beauty and the Beast” as well as for Disney Junior Live On Stage. An open casting call is being held for singers. They are now casting female vocalists. The performance will be at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at the Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, Florida.
Auditions are being held on Monday, March 27th at 2:00pm at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Rehearsal Facility. Disney Parks Talent Casting is seeking female vocalists for Beauty and the Beast – Live on Stage and Disney Junior – Live on Stage, all performed live at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at the Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, FL. Seeking the following roles:
Beauty and the Beast – Live on Stage
Belle: Eager village girl who falls in love with a beast, who becomes the prince of her dreams. 5’4″-5’7″, female musical theatre mix/belt to E. Must portray 16 – 20 years of age. Candidates must pass a typecast audition to move to the singing portion of the audition.
Disney Junior – Live on Stage
Casey: Female 4’10” – 5’5″, energetic and youthful musical theatre performer who portrays age 18. Casey is quick with ideas, approachable, and kid-friendly. G4 to C5 strong with pop belt/mix. Must move well and have the ability to interact with various characters, puppets, and kids of all ages, guiding the audience through the show as each Disney Junior story comes to life.

Belle Type-out audition: 2pm – 2:30pm
Singing portion of the audition will begin at 2:30pm.
Performers must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States.
If you attend the audition, please provide a current headshot and resume. Actresses and singers should also prepare 16 bars of a musical selection and provide sheet music, in the correct key, for the accompanist. Prerecorded tracks or a cappella auditions are not allowed. Because advanced registration is not required, you may just attend the open call. Callbacks will be held by appointment to be held on March 28, 2017 in Orlando, Florida.
This would be an absolute dream! I have worked as Belle in Beauty and the Beast Junior before at a small community theatre, but I would love to be able to have the opportunity to discover her again at Disney Parks. The only problem is is that I don't live in Florida. 🙁 If there is any possibility that I could audition online, please let me know!
