MTV has another hit on it’s hands with Awkward. and now producers and casting directors are on the lookout for a new crop of performers to cast for it’s brand new episodes. Auditions and casting calls will be happening soon for roles of all sizes for the hit dramedy.
Awkward. stars the amazing talents of Ashley Rickards as Jenna Hamilton a bright and slightly outcast young high schooler who’s life (which is just starting to take positive shape) is forever changed when she is injured in her bathroom and it is misconstrued as a suicide attempt. Jenna is now looked at strangely by her family and classmates and she struggles to make her way through the now even more complicated life of a teenager. She finds solace in her blog ‘That Girl Daily’ and her handful of close friends. Awkward. is an invigorating series full of laughter, tears and the eternal struggle that everyone feels in their quest to be “normal”. The fantastic supporting cast includes Molly Tarlov, Beau Mirchoff, Nikki Deloach, Jillian Rose Reed, Brett Davern and now possibly you.
