The CW is now casting men and women to be in their mega hit show “The Vampire Diaries”! If you are local to the Atlanta area, the show wants you to work on the set of the series. The show takes place in the quaint town of Mystic Falls, Virginia which was once a hotbed of supernatural activity and becomes so again with the return after 145 years of vampire brothers Damon and Stefan Salvatore. The brother’s presence reignites past battles with a host of mythical creatures and the brothers themselves fight for the affection of local beauty Elena Gilbert. The series stars Nina Dobrev, Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder.

Casting directors are looking for males and females ages 25 to 50, of any ethnicity to play convention attendees. Actors will need to wear business attire for these roles. They are also looking for men and women who are ages 25 to 45 to play waitstaff and bartenders. If you have any food service or bartending experience be sure to let them know! The last roles they are looking to fill are for yoga girls. They are looking for women who are 25 to 40 years old of any ethnicity. If you submit for this role, you should submit athletic looking pics! All of these roles will be filming on Thursday, August 4th in the Atlanta area. You should only submit if you are fully available all of Thursday. The casting call states all actors must be available for a 10 to 12 hour shoot regardless of what time the shoot starts. They don’t have the call time set in stone just yet, but it will most likely be in the morning. This is a paid gig! All selected men and women will be paid $60.00 for 8 hours with overtime after 8 hours.
