After the tremendous success and countless laughs of 2010’s The Other Guys, Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell have signed on to team up once more in a brand new comedy feature, Daddy’s Home. Shooting on the film is happening now and actors are needed for a number of exciting roles of various sizes.
Daddy’s Home will tell the story of a “colorful” divorced man who decides to re-enter his ex-wife’s life when she marries a super uptight guy. This oil and water story is right up F&W’s comedic alley and promises to be one of the most highly anticipated comedy movies of the new year. The sterling cast lead by Ferrell (Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery, Kicking & Screaming, Wedding Crashers)
and the Oscar nominated Wahlberg (Three Kings, Boogie Nights, The Departed) will also include Linda Cardellini (Freaks And Geeks, Scooby-Doo, ER) and stand-up giant Hannibal Buress (The Eric Andre Show, The Kings of Summer, Broad City). The hilarious hi-jinks will be helmed by the directing duo of Sean Anders (That’s My Boy) and John Morris (Hot Tub Time Machine) from a script by the team of 2-time Emmy nominee Brian Burns (Blue Bloods), Annie Award winner Etan Cohen (King of the Hill), Writers Guild of America Award nominee Chris Henchy (Eastbound & Down) and Writers Guild of America winner Adam McKay (Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby).
